Terms and Conditions
When booking a consultation with Sweet Nights, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
“Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant” is the trading name. In these Terms of Service ‘we’, ‘use’ and ‘our’ refers to “Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant”.
“Client” means any person or entity engaging Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant for their services as discussed in these Terms and Conditions.
General
The client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with Red Nose recommendations https://rednose.org.au/section/safe-sleeping
The client agrees to disclose if their baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.
The client agrees to commit at least 2-3 weeks to implement changes suggested by us and agrees to spending some time at home to work on day naps.
The client understands that their childs sleep assessment is meant for their baby only and any information or resources shared by us should not be shared with a third party.
The client acknowledges that any changes they make to their babies sleeping or eating arrangements are their decision and we only make suggestions for change, of which the client is responsible for choosing to implement.
We will use all reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information during consultations and on our website, but we make no representations, warranties or completeness of the information provided.
Client Acknowledgement
The information provided in the client questionnaire is as accurate as possible to the Client’s knowledge.
If the Client’s child has a medical condition, their health care provider’s approval has been sought before commencing sleep training.
The Client acknowledges that Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant are not qualified to give medical advice and any concerns that the client may have regarding their child’s health will be referred to their medical practitioner. Advice given by Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant is not intended to replace or substitute medical advice by a medical professional.
The Client acknowledges that Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will not be held responsible in any event of injury or illness occurring while undertaking sleep training. The client is responsible for the safety and health of their child at all times.
The Client acknowledges it is the Client’s responsibility to rule out any possible medical causes of sleep problems of their child before commencing sleep training.
The client acknowledges that although Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will give them the best and most appropriate advice for their situation, we can not guarantee 100% success.
Payment
Once payment is received, the Client will receive acknowledgment of payment and next steps by Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time for any reason.
A refund is not offered in the event of the client feeling dissatisfied and the client understands that engaging in sleep training, there is no guarantee of 100% success of the clients goals.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to consultation will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Prior to 48 hours, 100% will be refunded. (less payment processing fees)
In the event of sickness or exceptional circumstances, Sweet Nights can reschedule the consultation to a more suitable time for the client.
Once the consultation has taken place, there will be no refund offered for a change of mind.
Follow-up support
A fair use policy applies with respect to email and text support.
Emails will be answered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, within 48 hours.
Text messages will be answered between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, within 24 hours (minimum).
Text messages will also be responded to over weekends but response time is not guaranteed.
Follow-up text and email support consists of correspondence between Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant and the Client.
Sleep Plan
Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will make the best effort to keep up to date with current information, research, and knowledge surrounding infant and child sleep and will provide this information to the client in their consultations and sleep plans.
Individual results may vary and results depend on various factors; including but not limited to, consistency, commitment, approach to technique, technique or method, child’s needs, child’s age, the severity of the situation, personal circumstance, following the plan consistently, level of communication with Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant and the parents’ readiness for change.
Although we will make regular contact, it is primarily the clients responsibility to contact Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant for follow-up support and update the sleep log information in the app to be assessed for feedback.
Other
Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant is covered with professional indemnity insurance and IICT insurance.
The Client may download content provided to them only for their personal use and not for commercial purposes.
The content may otherwise not be copied or used in any way without written permission by us.
All materials are provided for non-commercial personal use only.
The Client agrees that they will not copy, distribute or adapt the content for any other use.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will not share information on the clients child or any of their personal information with any third parties.
If Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant would like to use any information about the clients child or profile on their social media accounts, Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will receive written consent from the client before doing so.
Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant will uphold the clients information confidentially and with discretion.
Any personal information we collect including but not limited to the clients name, address, phone number, email address will not be sold to third parties.
Access and removal of information
You have the right to access, change and delete personal information that Sweet Nights Sleep Consultant holds about you.

From time to time, we make changes to our information practices or alter the functionality of our website.
